This website has been developed out of shared experiences, both clinically and personally, which has then evolved into a greater understanding, knowledge and drive to learn more about narcissistic abuse and to share this with others.

Mission

At The Narcissist Files we aim to provide knowledge, resources, information and in turn support, to victims of narcissistic abuse, as well as family, friends and professionals.

Vision

Our vision is to continue to develop our understanding and knowledge, and eventually begin a podcast in the area of narcissistic abuse.

In the future we also hope to publish a book (which is a current work in progress!) focusing on understanding and overcoming narcissistic abuse
