Resources
At The Narcissist Files we are dedicated to providing valuable resources to support you on your journey, whether that's towards self healing or supporting others.
Whether you're seeking specific information on a sub topic within narcissistic abuse, definitions, overviews or self help tools, we are gradually developing a catalogue of these areas to help meet your needs.
Over time we will develop a range of resources that are both free and paid for.
We have categorised each resource into the following:
Checklists: This is where you can print out the resource and tick/check each area/point.
Information: This is when we have created a pdf print out to keep, focusing on specific areas of narcissistic abuse.
Self Help Tools: This might be more interactive focused resources with advice and tips, or areas to complete yourself.
Recommendations: This is when we will recommend specific podcasts, articles, books, self help tools etc. outside of The Narcissist Files (where we have no affiliation to unless stated) in the areas of narcissistic abuse, but also other areas that might be helpful.
